A trainer first. Backed by experience in projects, programmes and learning.
Andrew Sills is a project management trainer, facilitator and learning designer working with training providers and organisations in the UK and internationally.

/ Experience Before The Classroom
Training shaped by doing the work.
Andrew did not begin his career as a professional trainer. His route into learning came through finance, project delivery, programme work and international development before professional education became the focus.
Finance and commercial perspective
A background in finance and management accounting built an early understanding of cost, control, business decisions and the commercial context in which projects operate.
Projects and programmes
Project and programme work provided experience of the realities behind the frameworks: competing priorities, stakeholders, governance, delivery pressure and organisational change.
International development
Work in international development added environments where context matters as much as process, including programmes involving government, NGOs, humanitarian organisations and international teams.
Professional education
Training brought those strands together. Andrew now focuses on helping people understand recognised frameworks, work with them and connect them to the decisions they make in real projects and programmes.
/ Professional Training
Recognised frameworks. Practical delivery.

/ In The Room
Clear on the framework. Focused on the people using it.
Clarity
Complex terminology is unpacked until the underlying logic makes sense. Understanding comes before memorising language.
Participation
Discussion, questions and exercises make learners active participants rather than an audience for slide delivery.
Application
Examples and decisions are connected to real working environments so the learning has somewhere to go after the course ends.
/ Delegate Feedback
What matters is the experience in the room.
“Andrew Sills was superb. One of the best trainers I have had in 40 odd years of learning.”
39 published testimonials from delegates across 25 organisations.
Across the feedback, the same themes appear repeatedly: clear, knowledgeable, engaging, practical, patient and focused on application.
