Biography
Andrew Sills is an experienced Project Management Trainer and Learning Architect who helps individuals and teams deliver confidently in real-world environments. With a background in finance and management accounting, he brings a practical, commercially focused perspective to project, programme and portfolio delivery.
Andrew is a PeopleCert-accredited trainer in PRINCE2 Project Management, PRINCE2 Agile and PRINCE2 Programme Management, and an IPMA Level D trainer. He delivers both certification and capability-based learning programmes — combining recognised frameworks with the workplace behaviours teams need to apply them.
