He balanced the group and individual exercises well, allowing us to share our knowledge with one another and test our own understanding of the course content. I struggled greatly with navigating the book, the instructor made time to help me understand how to find information. This was much appreciated, I still haven't fully mastered but hopefully I will.”

“I found it hard to absorb the information. It didn't seem to follow a sequence to help build knowledge - we flitted back and forth around the book and stages throughout, which I don't think helps. The instructor clearly had lots of relevant experience but wasn't able to help me to understand the process clearly.”
