What PRINCE2 Is and Who It Is For
PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured, scalable project management method built around clear principles, themes and processes. It gives project managers and project teams a common language, repeatable approach and proven governance model for delivering projects of any size or complexity.
The qualification is delivered at two levels. PRINCE2 Foundation introduces the method and tests understanding of the principles, themes and processes. PRINCE2 Practitioner builds on that foundation and tests the ability to apply and tailor the method to a real project scenario.
