What PRINCE2 Agile Is and Who It Is For
PRINCE2 Agile is an extension of PRINCE2 that integrates well known agile concepts and techniques such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup and Cynefin with the governance, control and assurance provided by PRINCE2. It helps project teams keep clear direction and accountability while delivering iteratively and adapting to change.
The qualification is available at Foundation and Practitioner level. Foundation introduces the agile mindset, common agile frameworks and how they sit alongside PRINCE2.
